SweatWerx is a woman-owned, heated pilates and yoga studio located in Holden, Massachusetts. As the only heated fitness offering in the area, we provide a unique experience where the power of heat meets intentional movement.

Special instructions

We cannot allow small children in the hot room. However, we do offer childcare services on Tuesdays from 10-11AM during our Inferno Hot Pilates Class. We welcome students from age 13 and above, as long as they have a signed parental agreement saying that it is acceptable to workout in the heat with us. We strive to be as cashless as possible, so paying ahead of time in the app with a credit card is much appreciated!

appointment cancellation policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost. Drop-in clients who do not show up without prior notice will incur a fee of $25. For monthly members, repeated no shows will result in a $10 fee. Please ensure timely communication to prevent these charges. We understand New England weather can be unpredictable, and will work together in times of storms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Class cancellation policy

In the event of inclement weather, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible regarding cancellations. Monthly unlimited members with repeated no-shows or late cancellations will incur a $10 fee. We appreciate your cooperation in managing attendance and cancellations effectively.
